We're off to an exciting new mosaic fair in Guangzhou, China to explore all the latest products and increase our ranges. Unfortunately that means a reduced service whilst we are away. WE WILL BE CLOSED ON 25TH MARCH. Orders placed after 12 noon on Tuesday 23rd March will not be dispatched until after 1st April when we will do our utmost to get them out as quickly as possible. We apologise for this inconvenience.
GREAT NEWS! We've recently been able to reduce our prices for the Classic range on mesh - next we'll be introducing the Classic range front mounted on paper at the same great prices!

Shipping:
We're pleased that we've been able to reduce our courier prices within the UK and pass this on to our customers. You can now get up to 30kgs delivered for just £7.38 (exc VAT] within mainland UK!
To get best value for your shipping check the point at which the shipping charge increases as you enter items into your virtual shopping cart - and either add or reduce items to make best use of that weight allowance.
P&P is calculated automatically according to the weight of your order and your delivery location, allowing £1 - £1.20 for packaging costs and adding VAT. The system requires you to enter your delivery address so that it can calculate the P&P. Please note that for International orders and orders to any off-lying islands, an additional charge may need to be paid separately.
Please note If you leave directions for your parcel to be left in a secure place, please also leave a signed note to that effect at the delivery address so that the courier will have the required authorisation. |
Payment:
All orders require payment prior to shipping. You may choose to pay instantly through PAYPAL. Alternatively select "PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER" or "PAYMENT BY CHEQUE OR POSTAL ORDER". Orders will be dispatched on clearance of monies.
As of 1st Jan 2010 VAT is at the rate of 17.5%.
N.B. We can only accept payment in cash or by cheque when visiting the store.

Directions:
From London / Faversham follow the A2 just past Canterbury to come off at the Patrixbourne / Bridge junction. Turn right to go over the bridge (over the A2 and towards the village of Bridge) and right again to go back on yourself. Follow the road heading back into Canterbury being careful to avoid getting onto the A2 again. At the roundabout (P&Ride carpark) take NEW Dover Road (third exit) and Barton Business Park is almost immediately on your right. Follow the road across the fields to the end where you enter Barton Business Park compound. Take the first road to the right inside the compound and you will find Mosaic Trader UK on the right.
From Dover take the first exit off the A2 towards Canterbury and follow the directions above from the P&Ride carpark at the roundabout. |
