Shipping:
Orders under 2 kgs are usually shipped by Royal Mail First Class post (1 - 3 days delivery time). Once your order is heavier than 2 kgs it is automatically shipped by courier (1 - 2 days delivery time). Remember you can ship up to 28kgs for just £7.38 + VAT within mainland UK!
To get best value for your shipping check the point at which the shipping charge increases as you enter items into your virtual shopping cart - and either add or reduce items to make best use of that weight allowance.
P&P is calculated automatically according to the weight of your order and your delivery location, allowing £1 - £1.20 for packaging costs, plus VAT. The system requires you to enter your delivery address so that it can calculate the P&P. Please note that for International orders and orders to any off-lying islands, an additional charge may need to be paid separately.
Please note If you leave directions for your parcel to be left in a secure place, please also leave a signed note to that effect at the delivery address so that the courier will have the required authorisation.
When placing orders please complete your order by clicking on the DONE button at the bottom of the receipt page. This allows us to see the order as soon as it has been placed. |
Payment:
All orders require payment prior to shipping. You may choose to pay instantly through PAYPAL. Alternatively select "PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER" or "PAYMENT BY CHEQUE OR POSTAL ORDER". Orders will be dispatched on clearance of monies.

Directions:
From London / Faversham follow the A2 just past Canterbury to come off at the Patrixbourne / Bridge junction. Turn right to go over the bridge (over the A2 and towards the village of Bridge) and right again to go back on yourself. Follow the road heading back into Canterbury being careful to avoid getting onto the A2 again. At the roundabout (P&Ride carpark) take NEW Dover Road (third exit) and the road to Barton Business Park is almost immediately on your right. Follow the road (unnamed) across the fields to the end where you enter Barton Business Park compound. Take the first road to the right inside the compound and you will find Mosaic Trader UK on the right.
From Dover take the first exit off the A2 towards Canterbury and follow the road into Canterbury being careful to avoid getting onto the A2 again. Follow the directions above from the P&Ride carpark roundabout. |
